ANALISIS KINERJA RANTAI PASOKAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATION REFERENCE

In recent years, supply chain performance meassurement has received a lot of attention from researchers and practitioners. Effective management is one the potential ways to improve competitive advantage. This study aims determine at PT. Bimandiri Agro Sedaya by using Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method analyzes problems that occur in company, then provides solutions company performance. used descriptive quantitative research with case technique. Data collection techniques structured unstructured interviews human resource development members observations condition. The secondary data obtained were reports documentation. results this measurement attributes SCOR are as follow: (1) Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) an actual result 65,91% reference value 80%, (2) Cycle Time (OFCT) duration process company's target 1 day, Cost Good Sold (COGS) 65,09% still not appropriate expectations 48% (4) Cash (CTCCT) 14 days reached 7 days.
